These terms govern your use of this site, ZOSI Security. If you use the site, you accept them.

The site

ZOSI Security explains the ZOSI camera range, from PoE kits with a recorder to Wi-Fi, solar and indoor cameras, and links to shops where each product is sold. We don't take orders or payments, and there is no checkout or account on the site.

Buying a kit

A Shop now button sends you to a retailer's product page. The retailer sets the price, stock, shipping, return policy and warranty at the time of purchase, and the sale is a contract between you and that retailer. Our pages leave prices out because they change often.

Specifications

Channel counts, camera resolution, storage, power type and app features are compiled from ZOSI's published product information and setup guides. Many ZOSI products are sold in several versions, and the channel count, number of cameras or drive size can change from one option to the next. The kit you receive, its labels and its manual take precedence over our pages. Match the option you select on the shop page to the kit you want.

Recording, privacy and local law

Security cameras record video, and some models record audio. Rules on recording public spaces, neighboring property, employees, tenants or conversations differ from place to place. You are responsible for installing and using cameras lawfully, including any notice or consent your local law requires.

Setup guidance

Our setup and app guides are general information drawn from ZOSI's instructions. They don't replace the manual. Keeping firmware, app versions and passwords up to date is your responsibility, and we are not responsible for lost footage, network problems or damage arising from installation.

External websites

Shop links, source links and app download links lead to websites and services we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Content on this site

Our text, tables and graphics may be linked to and briefly quoted with a link back. Copying them in bulk or republishing them requires our written permission. ZOSI names, logos and product photos belong to their owners.

No warranty of accuracy

We aim to keep pages accurate, but the site is provided "as is", with no guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected.

Updates

We may change these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
