A channel count, camera resolution, drive size or feature doesn't match the kit. Tell us the page, the kit's full product name, and where the correct detail appears: the box, the manual or ZOSI's product page.

A question about a ZOSI product

For example, how many free channels a kit leaves for add-on cameras, or whether a camera works with a ZOSI PoE recorder.

Orders, faults and returns

We don't sell or ship anything and have no access to orders, devices or app accounts. Delivery problems, missing parts, a camera or recorder that won't power on, returns and refunds are handled by the platform where you bought the kit. Your order confirmation shows where that is.
